At Yearly Co., we want you to cherish your heirloom-quality jewelry for a lifetime. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and affix to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to ensure it arrives back to our studio safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
